PicPay is one of the largest tech companies in Brazil. It had 3 agencies in 2019 when my Executive Creative Director, Aldo Fabrini joined the company. As one of his first hires I helped to shape the face of its in house, that went from zero to 50+ creatives from 2019 to 2021 and from 3 to 0 agencies. Yes, we managed to internalize everything. During that period I had the chance to work on mainly every big campaign and in our full rebranding project as a creative leader.
